Texas Architecture Magazine names One Legacy West the winner of the 2018 Design Awards.

The Award-celebrating excellence in design-selects the office tower owned by Gaedeke Group LLC to win a place on the podium. One Legacy West is a 14-story, five-star, Class AA building located in the booming Legacy West area of Dallas, Texas, USA.

The building, located at the corner of Legacy Drive and Sam Rayburn Tollway, is breathtaking both inside and out. The spaces designed by Morrison Dilworth + Walls define a clean form that is an act of restraint and clarity, closely linked to a principle of functionality.

The distinction of "cool and different place" in the northern suburbs of Dallas earned it the prestigious award.

Polished Statuario Caldia® marble supplied by MGI Group was used to finish the lobby details, enhancing the qualities of the space through an exciting mix of light and shadow.
