MGI's practical efforts to better coordinate internationalization policies and strategies consist of systemizing initiatives for promotion, tools for analysis and market penetration, and focusing the use of financial resources toward specific and shared goals.
The guidelines on which the promotional program is based include:
- Study and analysis of target markets (China)
- Participation in international trade fairs
- Promotion of materials in the market
- Dedicated exhibition halls
- Web-based communication tools with an increased focus on sustainability
- Export-oriented digitization projects (Augmented Reality)
- Innovation for supply chain transparency (origin and authenticity of marble blocks and recognition of excavated material)
The project's objectives are to spread knowledge about target markets, increase knowledge about non-EU industry players, activate collaborative relationships with foreign operators, increase the company's presence in target areas, and increase knowledge about innovative technologies.
